and Central Jersey’s Talker WCTC 1450 AM are seeking a full time Promotions
Assistant.
This entry-level job is ideal for those who are passionate about
radio and marketing and are looking to “get a foot in the door” at one of the
nation’s leading broadcast companies.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include planning and executing all WMGQ & WCTC
promotional events and appearances, devising on-air and online contests for both
stations, responding to listener and community inquiries, assisting with public
relations and ad design, supervising seasonal interns, and proactively seeking
opportunities to further the stations’ growth. Candidates will be required
to lift up to 50 lbs and drive the station vans. Weekend and nighttime
availability is a MUST!
Requirements:
Candidates must posses an outgoing attitude, superb customer
relations skills, superior attention to detail, the ability to multitask,
proficiency with MS Office, a valid license with a clean driving record and,
most importantly, the drive to go above and beyond.
Proficiency in Photoshop and College Degree Preferred.
