A comeback win that can make a season

Championship-caliber programs win this type of game, the game you really have no business winning.  And, keep in mind that Rutgers IS a championship...or co-championship program after winning a share of the old Big East last season.  Yes, the Scarlet Knights' offense did all it could do for nearly three quarters of Saturday's home game against undefeated Arkansas of the SEC to give the contest away to the Razorbacks.  RU junior quarterback Gary Nova threw a pick-six for an Arkansas touchdown, fumbled the ball away and got little help from a shaky offensive line.  But after falling behind 24-7 in the third quarter, the Scarlet Knights got a special team's touchdown to turn the momentum around---a 58-yard punt return for a touchdown by freshman Janarion Grant.  That play woke up Nova and the offense.  Nova engineered a 98-yard td drive in the fourth quarter which culminated on a clutch 33-yard fourth-down pass to sophomore Leonte Carroo...then the two connected on a game-winning four-yard td pass later in the quarter.  Definitely a case of snatching victory from the jaws of defeat.  Definitely the kind of game a quality program wins.  Maybe the kind of game that could make Rutgers' final season before entering the Big Ten a special one.
