8/5 Piscataway National Night Out

Join 1450 WCTC at the Piscataway National Night Out Tuesday, August 5th. We'll be on hand playing your favorite music and giving away a bunch of great 1450 WCTC prizes!

Last year's National Night Out campaign involved citizens, law enforcement agencies, civic groups, businesses, neighborhood organizations and local officials from over 15,000 communities from all 50 states, U.S. territories, Canadian cities and military bases worldwide. In all, over 40 million people participated in National Night Out last year!

National Night Out is designed to heighten crime and drug prevention awareness, generate support for and participation in local anticrime programs, strengthen neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships and send a message to criminals, letting them know that neighborhoods are organized and fighting back.

8/8 Somerset County 4-H Fair

Come see 1450 WCTC at the Somerset County 4-H Fair on August 8th from 1pm-3pm. 4-H, the nation’s largest youth development organization, is hosting a three day fair from August 6th-8th, 10am-10pm. This fair recognizes the accomplishments of 1,000 Somerset County 4-H members and is a showcase for visitors to see a wide variety of 4-H projects in action including twirling, go karts, rockets, magic, line dancing, model airplanes, model trains and other 4-H club performances.

8/9 Middlesex County Fair

For 75 years, the Middlesex County Fair has been a tradition that brings together thousands of residents for a week of summer fun! With around 85,000 visitors annually, we are one of Middlesex County's largest outdoor events. Explore the county's rich argicultural heritage, learn a new craft, try new food, or go on the rides. Stop by the WCTC tent to spin the prize wheel for a chance to win an assortment of prizes! It's an all day event filled with tons of activities!

9/7 Somerset Patriots Car Show

Join 1450 WCTC at the Somerset Patriots ballpark before they take on the York Revolution for the annual Somerset Patriots Car Show in the Red Lot and a pre-game Car Parade! There will also be a post game auction to benefit Operation Shoebox New Jersey as part of Auction Night.

Fans will be able to participate in a Pre-Game Autograph Session with Patriots players down on the field beginning at 12:00 pm presented by Somerset County Park Foundation.  After the game, all Kids Get To Run The Bases in The Beez Foundation Diamond Derby.
