Before the game, tune in to Football USA with Tom Ortuso at noon.  And he'll be back after the game until 4:30 with more Football USA, leading up to our coverage of Rutgers-Michigan.  The Tailgate Party starts at 4:30, followed by Rutgers Gameday at 5:30, Countdown to Kickoff at 6, and Rutgers-Michigan from High Point Solutions Stadium in Piscataway at 7.
